EUROPROJECTES IMMOBILIARIS S.L. was established in Barcelona in 1995 by the shareholders of Euroconstruc SA, building on their accumulated experience in the sector, boosted by the strong growth in the property sector of recent years.

Drawing on the growing confidence being generated by the country's various economic and social agents, EUROPROJECTES Immobiliaris S.L. has carried out over 300 property transactions, some jointly with other organisations having an acknowledged prestige and financial solvency in the national real estate sector.

Home design and quality have been at all times the two chief contributions to added value that EC/EP has been able to apply in all its developments, including in those for social and affordable housing.
