All of the projects undertaken by EC are strictly supervised and monitored by senior executives in the Company. EUROCONSTRUC never engages in works before having first produced an in-depth and detailed project analysis, providing full-scale quantity surveys and putting forward suggestions and enhancements, with the aim of achieving the optimum price/quality ratio to continually improve the building process.

One fact:

In all our history spanning more than 35 years, once a works budget has been agreed, there have rarely been cost overruns of more than 3-4%.
